Medical Forms Signed by Doctor and Parent, sleeping Bags, clothes, Swimsuit, mosquito netting, Bug Repellent (not aerosol kind), Scout Book, Perquisites for merit badge Permission Slips, Medical forms and Camp monies must be in to Mr. Brady By Thursday July 5, 2012IMPORTANT: Please bring a copy and the original Medical forms. Permission slips are required for every scout attending
event regardless if Parent is attending
